Sales and Customer Success Director – Full Time


Due to our continued success we now require a full time Sales and Customer Success Director to join our team. As Sales and Customer Success Director, you will lead the strategic direction of the sales and customer success (after sales / operations) teams between our UK and Thailand Offices.

You will work with the MD and Commercial Director to set business targets and ensure these are cascaded throughout each department you are responsible for. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of sales and customer success initiatives across the group which support achieving the sales targets. You will ensure sales targets are set which are realistic but aspirational. You will always lead by example and uphold the company vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Customer Success Director reports to the MD and Commercial Director and is responsible for the day to day sales and customer success activities of the business. Responsibilities include:

Graphic Designer – Full Time, Fixed-Term (3 months)

Plymouth – Salary dependent on experience

We are looking to expand our design team on a temporary, fixed-term basis (3 months). As Graphic Designer, you will work as part of the UK Marketing Team, providing support on the implementation of marketing campaigns and major projects to achieve blue o two’s company objectives. You will be directed by our Senior Creative Executive and you will need to create eye-catching graphic designs for marketing materials, working within our brand guidelines.

The Graphic Designer will carry out design and production activities inclusive of but not limited to:
- Production of graphic designs for a range of offline and online marketing materials
- Creation of vector-based drawings (boat deck plans)
- Editing promotional videos
- Image editing and formatting
- Working and liaising with print companies and other third party suppliers to ensure optimal print and material production
- Assisting with project management to ensure deadlines are met without fail
- Quality check all design and production output to ensure completed work is free from errors and meets the requirements of the design brief
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager and Senior Creative Executive, adhering to brand guidelines

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skillset:
- Experience of working as a Graphic Designer across print and digital channels
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Significant experience of Adobe Illustrator is key
- A good understanding of video editing and animation software
- A good understanding of print design from production process to setting up files for print
- Experience within a similar role

Fleet Engineer - Full Time


The main responsibility of the Fleet Engineer is to provide leadership and expert direction for all aspects of maintenance for the current and future company operated vessels, wholly owned or in a Joint Venture. This includes planning and scheduling for normal maintenance and major refit (dry dock) along with assisting on any maintenance emergencies if they arise. The role has the responsibility to write and update, in cooperation with Central Ops coordinator Role, maintenance procedures and processes. The Fleet Engineer is responsible for managing the group of specialists who focus on maintenance for all vessels. The role is based in Phuket Head Office. The Fleet Engineer reports to the Managing Director Destination Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Cost control of maintenance budget set by the MDDM and BOD (Board of Directors). This includes, but is not restricted to, all aspects of the vessels mechanic, engines, generators, water production, compressors, electronics, navigation, dive equipment, kitchen equipment, air-conditioning and any other equipment that is required to give the customers the best experience.
2. Working closely with the Regional Managers to assure communication flow and problem awareness is on the highest level.
3. While not responsible for the performance of the mechanic staff on board the vessels, the MMDM will be expected to provide subject matter expertise and assistance to the mechanical staff.
4. Manage the central maintenance team including “the Dream team”. The MMDM is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the central team.
5. Creating and maintaining maintenance schedules. The role is responsible for maintenance schedules and to ensure that proper reporting is done for all mechanical parts of the vessels as described in point (1).
6. In cooperation with Reservations department and Regional Destination Managers the creation of a maintenance and dry dock schedules for each vessel regarding extended and yearly maintenance.
7. Responsible for assessing work required for all vessels in dry dock, estimate cost and report to MDDM for approval.
8. Assist the Regional Managers and Finance team to create a yearly maintenance budget for each vessel. As part of this budget include the estimated cost of the central maintenance team (labour) for a specific vessel, including any travel or other significant expenses.
9. Procurement of spare parts and assuring that the right quality and quantity of spare parts is available for each vessel.
10. Executing two times per year performance reviews of Employees.
11. Scheduling and approving holidays of the maintenance team.
12. Create timesheets for work in destinations so that Finance can ensure that the appropriate costs are allocated to the right vessel.

Working hours
When on duty on a vessel or in dry dock, the working hours are those required for the Fleet Engineer to achieve his/her objectives. When in the office, the working hours are Mon to Fri - 9 to 5 unless the urgency of the workload requires different hours. This position requires up to 40% of the time away from Thailand HQ office at international destinations. Emergency Situations – on call in line with crisis management guidelines.
