**NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS**

Due to a recent systems upgrade at blue o two, we are currently unable to accept any amends to existing customer information held in our database via our website OR any submission of new API details.

Until this issue is resolved, please either call +44 (0)1752 480808 or email divingholidays@blueotwo.com for assistance. This must be completed at least 7 days prior to your departure date. If you submit the online form, we cannot guarantee your information will have been processed successfully.

Please note you will need your passport to complete the required information. We must receive the required information at least 7 days prior to your departure date. This additional information is required by your airline before you travel. This is an E-borders requirement from the Home Office. Please ensure you have the lead surname exactly as it is printed on your booking confirmation before contacting our travel team.
