UK Office:

Product Development Consultant - Full Time

Plymouth - £17,000 - £21,000 performance related bonus

The only UK based tour operator to operate and manage its own Red Sea and Maldives liveaboard fleet, due to our continued success we now require a Product Development Consultant to work within our friendly team. The team member will be required to work in a dynamic and rapidly developing office environment. The Product Development Consultant will be based within our Plymouth UK office and the role will likely involve some travel.

The Product Development Consultant will be required to carry out activities inclusive of but not limited to:
- Work with the Product Development Manager to evaluate the current product offering, define new products and make improvements to existing products
- Maintain the product database and booking system, ensuring all products and associated package holidays are correctly built in our booking system, updated in a timely fashion and reflected correctly on our web site
- Negotiate effective contracts with current and new suppliers
- Ensure any supplier or company special offers are built correctly in the booking system / web site and successfully communicated through our various marketing channels
- Analyse potential partner relationships for the product
- Promote blue o two owned or operated product to external worldwide agents
- Providing sales support where necessary
- Assist in preparation and presentation of training support materials

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skillset:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work independently and multitask
- Drive, motivation and initiative
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A creative approach

Desirable attributes:
- Previous experience managing a database
- It would be of benefit to have understanding of the industry in which the company operates

Dive Travel Consultant - Full Time

Plymouth - £16,000 - £18,000pa + commission structure or bonus

Due to our continued success we now require a full time Dive Travel Consultant to work within our friendly team. The team member will be required to work in a dynamic and rapidly developing office environment. The Dive Travel Consultant will be based within our UK office.

The Dive Travel Consultant will be required to carry out activities inclusive of but not limited to:
- Maintaining and developing sales of blue o two's holidays and liveaboards
- Developing relationships with major accounts and individuals

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skillset:
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Persistence under pressure
- Aptitude for analysis and reporting key information to managers
- Experience within a similar role
- An eye for detail
- An understanding of the link between marketing and sales

Desirable attributes:
- Previous experience within the travel industry
- Have an interest in diving and other adventurous sport

Executive Assistant - Full Time

Thailand

The Executive Assistant (EA) enhances the Directors' effectiveness by providing accurate information, management support and representing the Directors to others. He/she will provide meticulous administrative and organisational support in the Directors' daily schedule and in the Directors' long term objectives. The EA will have an extensive knowledge of the WWDAS organisation, its aims and objectives, so as to be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
- Prepare corporate documents and briefs
- Record, type and distribute meeting minutes
- Is instrumental in organising the Directors' schedules, agendas and calendars
- Carries out any research and studies relevant to the organisation's activities
- Assists the Directors with presentations, meetings preparation, reports and documents
- Is the point of contact between the Directors and managers/staff members
- Identify the needs of the Directors and proactively address these needs
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Liaise with the Travel department to arrange travel, visas and accommodations for the Directors

Skills, competencies and experience
Only candidates with the following experience/skills/competencies will be considered:
- Previous experience in a similar position

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Working hours: Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm. However due to managerial nature of the role and the business, the successful candidate is expected to perform some irregular working hours.

Cruise Director Internship Programme

Join our brand-new Cruise Director Internship Programme (CDIP) and receive first-hand training in the high-end dive liveaboard industry from our experienced, professional Cruise Directors. CDIP is available in one or more of the following destinations: Indonesia, Maldives, Papua New Guinea, Palau, the Philippines, Red Sea, Solomon Islands or Truk Lagoon. Candidates who have successfully finished CDIP will be preferred if a suitable position becomes available within blue o two, Master Liveaboards or Siren fleet vessels.

The programme offers qualified dive professionals a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience as a Cruise Director. The programme is for a period of 90 days and will allow you to dive daily in some of the most amazing diving destinations around the world!

- Enthusiastic and eager divers, min. qualified DM or equivalent, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service and customer-minded, team spirit, willingness to take charge.
- Dedicated to making every single cruise the best possible experience for their guests.
